Rejection reasons are only used when incoming quotes get rejected by users. Reasons for rejection could be: vehicle requested is not available, you are sold out for the day, the request is duplicated, etc.
When a quote is rejected, an email is sent out with the descriptive text that was defined for that specific reason.
