1. Visit the template management page
2. Make sure that the template has no active quotes
If the template you want to delete was used in any quotes, then it will not be possible to remove the template right away. First, you need to reassign those quotes to another template. To do so, use the “Reassign Quotes” button below:
3. Reassign quotes if necessary
Choose another template to assign the quotes to, in the form that appears next (illustrated below) then click Submit. Please note that this action is irreversible.
4. Delete the template
Once you have confirmed that the template is no longer linked to any quote, then it can be deleted by clicking the button below. Please note that the action is irreversible.
