1. Go to the Service management page
2. Make sure that the Service has no active quotes
If the Service you want to delete was selected in any quotes, then it will not be possible to remove the Service right away. First, you need to reassign those quotes to another Service. To do so, use the “Reassign Quotes” button below:
3. Reassign quotes if necessary
Choose another Service to assign the quotes to, in the form that appears next (illustrated below) then click Submit. Please note that this action is irreversible.
4. Delete the Service
Once you have confirmed that the Service is no longer linked to any quote, then it can be deleted by clicking the button below. Please note that the action is irreversible.
