The dashboard, accessible by clicking the button to the left (#1 on the screenshot above) will provide you with charts and statistics on all your quote activity. You can filter the statistics by date (#2), you can choose which date to consider when filtering by date (#3) and you can choose to see statistics for the entire company or for a specific user at a time (#4).

Further explanation for #3: You can choose to filter the quotes by date and consider one of the following dates when doing so:

  • the service date
  • last update date
  • the date that the quote was requested on
  • the date that the quote was sent out

So say that you want to see quotes from the past 30 days, then, in corresponding order with the list above you will see the quotes that:

  • have had their service date in the past 30 days
  • have been updated in the past 30 days by a user or client (sent a message, for example)
  • have been requested from you in the past 30 days
  • have been sent out in the past 30 days
