1. Go to the Chat Bot management page
2. Open the edit window for the Chatbot you wish to update
3. Fill in the form and hit submit
Other options available:
- Questions – This will allow you to manage Chat Bot Questions. Please see the next articles for further details.
- Clone – will immediately create a clone of the chat bot including its questions (if any)
- Clear Log – will clear the chat bot interaction log from the database
