1. Visit the user management page
2. Make sure that the user has no active quotes
If the user you want to delete has any quotes assigned to them, then it will not be possible to remove the user right away. First, you need to reassign those quotes to another user. To do so, use the “Reassign Quotes” button below:
3. Reassign quotes if necessary
Choose another user to assign the quotes to, in the form that appears next (illustrated below) then click Submit. Please note that this action is irreversible.
4. Delete user
Once you have confirmed that the user has no quotes assigned to them, then it can be deleted by clicking the button below. Please note that the action is irreversible.
