Archive Reasons are used when users mark quotes as lost. At that time the system will ask for a reason and they will be allowed to select one of the options created in this section.
The dashboard will list a chart with all of the reasons used to archive quotes and that will help you identify what percentage of lost quotes belongs to each reason.
The system automatically archives quotes that have passed their service date and that have not yet been closed (booked or archived) with a “Service date has passed” reason.
