On the email log page, you have the option to see the “Unsubscribe list” by clicking on the red button at the top of the page. The unsubscribe list is comprised of clients that have specifically requested to stop receiving emails from your company. This mostly happens with the review feature of the system but the outgoing quote emails also have an unsubscribe option due to the regulations that mandate such an option to be present in any commercial emails. You may consult this list at any time by:
1. Going to the Email Logs page
2. Clicking the red Unsubscribe list button
