Edit Chat Bot

1. Go to the Chat Bot management page

2. Open the edit window for the Chatbot you wish to update

3. Fill in the form and hit submit

Other options available:

• Questions – This will allow you to manage Chat Bot Questions. Please see the next articles for further details.
• Clone – will immediately create a clone of the chat bot including its questions (if any)
• Clear Log – will clear the chat bot interaction log from the database
