Service – intro

The service list is only used to generate client-facing widgets, forms and questions regarding service type. Its sole purpose is to help the client choose a service item from the list so that it is communicated clearly to your staff.

Users do not interact with this list and it does not impact the quote templates at all, any quote of any service type can be assigned to any template.

Keep this in mind when you create the list – it is meant for your customers and not for your staff – so make it clear and easy to choose for clients.
